End Your Negative Thinking

I know this one is really hard to do…but try to end your negative thinking.

Anytime you notice that you’re thinking of something bad…whether it’s something that didn’t turn out the way you wanted, or you’re thinking of bad things that might happen, or anything negative in general, try to notice that it’s what your doing.

Once you realize you’re having a negative thought, you can tell yourself to stop, and try to think of something else.

If you can’t get your mind to think of something else, at least acknowledge that you’re having a negative thought, and try to turn it into a positive one. Something didn’t turn out the way you want? Ok, but did something good come from it? Or did you learn something? Yes, there is a chance that something bad might happen, but can you think of something good that could also possibly happen?

Try to change your negative thoughts into positive ones. If you spend more time thinking positively instead of negatively, you’ll be a lot happier!
