30 Day Mindfulness Challenge: Day 28
I can’t believe the 30 Day Mindfulness Challenge that I started is almost over.
Today is the last day of my “Mindful Movements” week, and I cheated.
I’m doing something that I did earlier this month.
But since it fits under a mindful movement, and since it was such a beautiful day here in NJ, I went for a walk.
Taking a walk is a great way to be mindful. Paying attention to all of the trees, leaves, and everything else around you will not only get you exercise, but help put you in a better mood.
I love going for a walk whenever the weather allows for it. Paying attention to your surroundings helps you be mindful as well!
