30 Day Mindfulness Challenge Day 22

It’s now the 3rd week of my 30 Day Mindfulness Challenge, so it’s time to try a new way of being mindful.

This week is all about mindful movements. It’s about different ways you can move your body to be more mindful.

Today we’ll start with the most basic. Stretching.

You can stretch anywhere, whether you’re sitting or standing. Notice how great it feels to certain muscles when you stretch them. Notice what muscles are bothering you. In other words, pay attention to your body while you’re stretching. Your body will thank you for it!

I love to stretch, especially because I spend way too much time hunched over in front of my laptop. It’s a great way to be mindful too!
