Remember Happy Times

Unfortunately, bad things happen. Boring days happen. When you want to be happy, remember the good times. Think about the vacation that you went on last year and how awesome it was. Remember how great the hike was that you went on last month.

Having reminders of these happy times will also help. Get a few souvenirs when you go on vacation so you can smile when you look at them. Take pictures and put them around your house. This way you’ll be reminded of the fun and happy times, even when it’s just a regular boring day. It’ll help you be happier.
