I Think I’m Addicted to Zulily (But They have Great Prices, and Stuff I can’t Find Anywhere Else!)
Like the title says, I really think I’m addicted to Zulily. If you don’t know what Zulily is, it’s a website that every day, they have different brands on sale. Each set of items is only usually available for 1-3 days, and they’re at a really great price.
While some of the items you’d be able to find on other places on the web, some I haven’t found anywhere else, and I’ve looked. Why? Because I’m a bargain hunter. When I find something I want to buy, first I look to see if I can buy it somewhere else. I haven’t found these items cheaper anywhere else.
The part that makes it addicting? When you buy something, you get free shipping for the rest of the day (and if it’s a Friday, you’ll get free shipping through Sunday night!) So once I buy something, I spend the rest of the day (or weekend if it’s Friday or Saturday), looking for anything else.
In the past 2 weeks, I’ve purchased 4 things. To show you what I mean about good deals, one of them is a Sesame Street t-shirt for my daughter (for $4.99), a really pretty ring for myself (for $4.99), and a cat blue-opal necklace (also for $4.99.) You can see the cat in the picture above. For some reason, even though I bought it, it’s still showing as on my waitlist. After I post this, I’ll go take it off. The fourth item I purchased is a gift, so I’m not going to mention it here.
Don’t get me wrong, most of the items they sell aren’t $4.99, I just happened to buy a bunch of things that were. They have a lot of great brands. For example, today there are a lot of really nice Coach items. I really like some of the floral ones.
You’ll find clothes for everyone in the family, jewelry, items for the home…you name it, they’ll have it. I really like that they have a mix of stuff that I’ve seen before and things I’ve never seen before.
My favorite purchase from Zulily is actually from a few years ago. In 2016 (I just looked it up in my order history. I thought it was only a little over a year ago that I purchased this. Wow, time flies!) I bought a really cute top that had 3 elephants on it. It was $17.99 and from a company that I had never heard of…but it was just so cute that I had to get it.
Well, it’s now 2019, and I still wear it. It’s held up well, and I’m still really glad I bought it.
