Exercise. It’s one of the things that most people don’t get enough of. But it can help you out in so many ways! Of course, it burns calories, and can help you lose weight. It helps you get in better shape. But it also can make you happier!

You might not believe this, but just 5 minutes into exercising, your brain will start releasing chemicals that make you feel good!

On top of that, exercise will decrease your level of stress. You’ll also improve your immune system, which will also help you be happier because no-one is happy when they’re sick. You’ll sleep better (another thing that will make you happy!), have more energy, and reduce your depression and anxiety. What do you know, all things that will make you happier.

So yes, you have always known that you should exercise to be healthier, but you should exercise to be happier too!

I personally like using Beachbody on Demand. There are over 1,500 workout programs on there, so you can do a new one every day if you want. I love that I can choose the ones that I like the best. What’s incredible is that if you pay yearly, it’s only $99 for the year. They’re always adding new programs in too, so I really feel like I’m more than getting my money’s worth. Some of my favorites? T-25, 21 Day Fix, and 22 Minute Hard Corps. But I love that depending on the day and the amount of time I have, I can do a different workout.
