Why I Buy Most of my Books Here…
I read a lot. And I mean a LOT. Often, it’s multiple books a week. If I bought all of the books I’d read, I’d have no money at all.
So I use my library a lot, and recently got Kindle Unlimited again. But there are times where I want to have the physical book. Sometimes it’s because it’s a book by an author that I love. Other times it’s because it’s a non-fiction book and I know I’ll want to be able to return to it over and over. And now that I have a daughter, it’s so I can have books to read to her over and over.
Books have gotten expensive over the years! That’s why I love Better World Books.
They sell used books. You can find new books there too sometimes, but I only buy the used books. Many of their books are just under $4. Did I mention that shipping is free? And that they often have a coupon code right on their home page, where if you buy 3 or 4 books or more (depending on the deal), you’ll get a percent off of your total?
It’s great. I can get a bunch of books for what I would have paid for just one book.
I love the Sandra Boynton books for babies. My daughter already has a bunch of them. But if you notice, they retail for $5.99 or more each. And while that isn’t a lot…if you want to have a large collection of baby books, that really, really adds up.
So when Better World Books sells them for $3.98, and you can get 15% or 20% off depending on the deal…you can see why I’m happy to get them.
These are the prices for many of the grown-up books as well. I just ordered a few business books along with the baby books, and paid $3.98 minus I think it was 15% off for buying at least 4 books at once.
You can save a LOT of money by shopping here, and the books are in good shape. I’m really happy and have placed a lot of orders (even though I really shouldn’t be bringing more books into the house.)
If you’re looking to buy some books, but don’t want to spend a lot, and don’t mind that they’re used (they tell you what shape their in before you purchase the book), I’d suggest taking a look at Better World Books.
My latest order is on its way right now, and will hopefully be here in the next few days. Not only did I get a few business books, but I also got a few Sandra Boynton books, and “The Steamy Kitchen Cookbook”, which looks really good, and I’m looking forward to trying some of the recipes from that.
