Quit Talking Begin Doing

I really like this quote.

I don’t know about you, but it fits me perfectly.

I can’t tell you how many ideas I have.

Ideas on what to do with my business.
Ideas on what to do to be happier.
Ideas on how to make my house more organized.
Ideas on how to eat better.
Ideas on how to exercise more.
Ideas on how to spend more time with friends.

…and so on and so on.

But you know what? Most of them just stay ideas! I come up with ideas of what to do, think about what the benefits would be of doing them, think they’re great…and then stop.

I never actually take ACTION on most of the ideas, and therefore, never get them done.

You’ll never accomplish your goals or get anywhere if you don’t actually START doing something with them.

So if you want to change something in your life…start doing something about it, or nothing will change.

Years will go by, and you’ll be in the exact same place you were. Because you had the ideas…and even talked about the ideas…but never took action on them.

So it’s really true. It’s great to have ideas…but quit just talking about them (or thinking about them), and actually start DOING them!

Each day you list what you must get done, other things you should do, things you’re grateful for, your meals, how much water you’ve had, and more. It keeps you accountable to make sure you keep doing, and not just think about doing something.
