30 Day Mindfulness Challenge Day 21

Sadly enough, this is something that many of us don’t do often enough, which is why I decided to do it for the last day of the 3rd week of my 30 Day Mindfulness Challenge.

Mindful conversations.

Sure, we all have many conversations each day, but how often are we doing something else while we talk? While on the phone we might be doing one of many different things, and even when right next to a person you mind might be partially elsewhere while you talk to someone.

When was the last time you gave all of yourself over to a conversation? Figure out how that person is feeling, and have a great conversation. You’ll notice that by paying more attention that you’ll have a better conversation than you normally would, and you might want to continue this!
