About Jessica and the Cool Happy Life

You hear all of these things that you HAVE to do to live longer, be healthier, be happier, etc…

I think you need to be yourself, and just forget about what everyone else says you should be and do.

If you want to have a happy life, you have to be true to yourself, and ignore what’s “right” for everyone else. You only need to worry about what’s right for you.

For example, if you’re trying to do the best for yourself and your family, you may have heard:

  • You have to eat all organic
  • You have to eat only grass fed beef
  • You have to eat antibiotic free chicken
  • You have to use all green cleaning supplies
  • You can’t use cans that have BPA in them
  • Don’t use plastic at all
  • Don’t sit, it’s as bad as smoking!
  • You have to exercise at least an hour a day!
  • etc… etc… etc..

You get the point.

But do you even want to do any or all of them?

If so, which do you want to do? Will any even make a difference in your life?

Well, unless you have an unlimited budget, and unlimited amount of time, you just can’t do all of things many people say you HAVE to do.

So which are more important? What can you incorporate into your life to make your life better?

That’s where the cool happy life came from.

We all want to better ourselves. Eat a better diet, exercise more, be happier, be content, etc…

But you can only do so much…and you may not even want to do all of it! You can’t always worry about what you’re not doing “right”.

So with a cool happy life, we’ll talk about what’s good for you! What you can do, what different options are that you can choose from…but it’s all up to you as what’s going to make you have a cool happy life!

A little about me…

Hi! I’m Jessica. I’m just regular person who is trying to figure out the whole eating healthy, being healthy, natural, and doing what I think is going to give me a cool happy life on a limited budget.

I know I’m not alone, and so as I try new things out trying to be healthier…eat better, get into better shape, use products that are good for me, save money, and so on I’ll share them. That way you can think about it and decide what’s right for you!
