I had started my own online business and always felt like I should be working, and that was on top of everything else I needed to do. I knew I had to do something about it, but didn't have the time or energy to anything about it.
Eventually I couldn't take it anymore, and started doing research on anything that would help relax me. During that research I found many things that didn't take a lot of time or energy, and really helped with the stress. Now I want to share them with you.
